Investra Development purchased from Frogmore the hotel site element of their mixed use Ealing scheme on Uxbridge Road. The site came with planning for a 120 bed hotel.

Investra identified Ealing as an expansion area in west London. With major infrastructure projects such as Cross Rail, Ealing is set to undergo a seismic change in the next decade.

Off the back of the increased importance of the area we have secured Accor as a tenant for the scheme.
Investra will develoP the hotel for delivery in Q1 2016, at which point it will open to trade as Accors new Ibis Style range.
